For more than 25 years, Chef Gaetanne Larocque—better known as Mama G—has been bringing people together through food, hospitality, and genuine connection. A Red Seal Chef, culinary educator, television host, mother, and community builder, she believes the most meaningful moments in life are often shared around the table.
